I took with lessons with three different instructors but Shafi and Ashraf really helped me pass my driving test. Ashraf in particular is very knowledgeable and not only helped me develop my physical driving skills but also the mentality. I would definitely recommend Vancouver Driving School, even if it might be a bit pricy compared to other alternatives.

I had a great experience with Vancouver Driving School! I took 5 lessons with my instructor, Shah, and he was patient, clear, and very encouraging throughout each one. He explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and fully prepared — and I passed on my first try! I highly recommend Shah to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable driving instructor!!!

I highly recommend Vancouver Driving School. I have driving experience in other countries, but I was not familiar with the driving rules of BC. I am very luck to have Ashraf as my instructor. Ashraf is very knowledgeable about the all sorts of driving skills and the exam requirement of ICBC. He is practical and gives honest advice, again and again until your remember. Honestly, I don't think I will pass in one go without his help. For anyone considering taking a driving class, I would highly recommend this driving school.

Highly recommend Vancouver Driving School and Shah is an INCREDIBLE instructor! He is calm, patient, funny and very, very knowledgeable and experienced. He not only teaches the rules but also the logic behind them so that safe, confident driving just feels like common sense. He pushes you to perfection when conditions are easier and helps you feel calm, alert and in control when conditions are more challenging. After a series of 60 and 90 minutes classes with Shah, the test itself felt like a breeze. Thank you!

Ashraf is a gem. His calm demeanor is very reassuring, and his constructive criticism is a perfect approach. I chose the 3 hour tune-up package, as I have a long driving experience outside Canada, but he understood that I had to do a lot of unlearning and relearning. I was going through tough life circumstances, so I thought of postponing the road test, but his warm coaching style and professionalism encouraged me to take the test and ace it. I can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I needed to schedule a couple of driving lessons prior to an exam and Ashraf was able to squeeze me in the schedule on a very short notice. The lessons were very productive and I’ve received lots of good hints on what to pay attention to during the exam. I passed with no issues. I can definitely recommend for people who have driving experience outside of Canada and want to get accustomed to the way of driving here!
