I took lessons at another driving school before coming to VDS, but I didn’t learn much and ended up failing my first road test. After switching to VDS and taking lessons with Shah, everything changed. He’s an amazing instructor who helped me correct a lot of my bad driving habits and gave me the confidence and skills I needed to succeed. Thanks to his guidance, I passed my N test on my first attempt after training with him. I highly recommend VDS and especially Shah to anyone looking to become a safe and confident driver!

I purchased the Basic 4 package with Vancouver Driving School, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Booking with Ashraf was easy, reliable, and hassle-free. He communicated clearly throughout the process and made scheduling lessons very convenient. My instructor, Shah, was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and focused on teaching safe driving techniques that helped build my confidence behind the wheel. Learning to drive can be intimidating for first-time drivers, but Shah created a calm and supportive environment that made every lesson enjoyable and productive. Thanks to the guidance and support from VDS, I passed my Class 7 road test! I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and effective driving instruction.

Is it expensive? YES, is it worth it? also YES! Things I liked about this driving school, my instructor Sha adapted to my needs and helped me with the exact training I needed. Secondly, they were upfront about how many classes I would need more and their reasons were not too farfetched as some other comments mentioned. From the get go the instructor was more interested in making me a safe driver, more than making me pass the road test. Their approach is exactly what I wanted and that's exactly what they delivered. Thirdly, this company puts their customer first. You can see that just from the customer service and the flexibility they offer for a reasonable request. I have passed my road test successfully, yet I am considering taking their lessons for other scenarios other than city driving. Would highly recommend if you want to be a safe driver on the road.

I honestly couldn't have had a better driver instructor, Mr. Ashraf! I am grateful for such highly experienced and knowledgeable man. Ashraf, observed my driving and worked with me to pass with next to flying colors. The office management is as great for making your your experience how it should be. Good luck. Great driving school and instructor! I highly recommend Shafi as you’re instructor, he is highly knowledgeable and patient and is overall a great teacher, because of him I was able to pass my driving test first try with full confidence thanks to the amazing work Shafi does🙏🏻

VDS were exceptionally helpful. As a newcomer to BC I needed to convert my Hong Kong licence. My test came quicker than I expected, and VDS were very accommodating with my need for very last minute help preparing. Ashraf was very kind, gentle and knowledgeable, and guided me through the process, leading to my passing at the first attempt. Thanks VDS for a great experience.

I PASSED!! After many years of being a nervous driver, Ashraf was absolutely the right person to help me reach this milestone. The only bad thing about getting my licence is that I will miss our weekly lessons. Ashraf was informative, reassuring, knowledgeable and very patient. I cannot recommend this driving school enough. He was almost as thrilled as me to see me pass! Thank you Ashraf!
